Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are Manufacturer.
Q: How long is production time?
A: The usual production time is 30 days after receiving the deposit.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: We charge sample fee and freight cost for first-time customers, but we will refund the sample fee for orders over 2000 pieces once you place your order.
We accept PayPal Payment for the sample fee and pre-payment for the freight.
Your own freight courier is also welcomed.
Q: Do you offer OEM/ODM services?
A: Yes, we offer OEM/ODM services.
We offer customized color box, customized logo printing, accessories for the products, etc.
Your own designs are also welcome.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: 30% deposit in advance ,balance before shipment or upon receiving shipping document or the copy of B/L.
We can accept Trade Assurance, T/T payment and some other payment method if required.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 2000 pieces (3000 pieces per color for colored products).
However, we do accept trial orders with smaller quantity. We will offer different prices based on your quantity.
