Product Description
With multi-stage polymerization method, season phosphate salts, guanidine organic antibacterial ingredients is grafted into PP(or PE) plastic. The modified masterbatch has good transparency, fast antibacterial speed, effective restraining on fungi, viruses. It can be processed into many kinds of plastic and fiber products, such as ABS,PC,PET,PE,PP, etc.
Excellent antibacterial: antibacterial>99.99% according to SGS with fast speed.
Mouldproof: effectively restrain fungus, mildew, virus, etc.
Good spinnability: highly getting through during spinning, no resistance, no exudates.
Long-term effect, good thermal stability, high temperature resistance, non-yellowing.
Safe and non-toxic, no pollution to the environment.
Widely used in food fresh-keeping, household textile, electronic appliances, chemical building, health care and other fields.
Food fresh-keeping: fresh bags for fruit, vegetable, bread, snacks, etc.
Household fabric: superfine yarn with antibacterial & mouldproof function is produced by wire drawing process, with which underwear, bedding, curtain, carpet, etc is made.
