1.Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

We are manufacturer.There are 20000 sq meters of producing area, designing & marketing office for our Wanjiang shoes factory. We have 40000 sq meters of above facilities for our Quankang shoes factory.

2.What type of shoes do your factory produce?

Currently,we mainly produce all type of sport shoes/leather shoes/outdoor shoes even some special professional technology shoes, for example, waterproof shoes and safety shoes.,etc.

3.How can I know your quality before I place a order?

A).We can send you some samples to check the quality before placing a order to us. Then you can check and confirm everything yourself.
B).We will show you our certificates individually by email. They are the witness of our quality.

4.I want to add my logo or make my own designs for production,is it ok?

Yes,it's ok,we can put your logo on the shoes and we also can make the shoes according to your designs. If necessary, our R&D team will develop your designs and then send you for testing.

5.May I order small quantity of shoes?

Our MOQ is 1000 pairs.However, we can accept or customize your small order by following suggestions:
A) We can suggest you the shoes in stock;
B) We will add the extra charge which will be caused by shoes lasts,cutting die, materials and outsoles for small orders inside the unit price;
C) We can try to negotiate with each other for solving all the problems in a happy ending.

6.How can I make the payment?
We accept the L/C,T/T,Western Union,Paypal,you can choose any way you like. But for L/C, the total money amount should be above 50000 USD . 

7.When can you deliver our shoes after my payment?
Normally speaking, our delivery date is around 25-45days after receiving 30% deposit. If there is a special case to casue delay, we will keep you informed the status and situation in advance then show you our solutions.

8.How can i estimate the cost including the freight & tax?

We can estimate your shipping charge by checking with our shipping partners based on the information you provide. For example, your destination port or address, size assortment,package requirement and order quantity. Of course, you can choose to ship by sea/air door to door, DHL,FEDEX,UPS,EMS,CHINA POST and so on after getting general price quotation from us.
