Q1. Are you a factory or trading company?

A: We are the factory with more than 19 years in stage lighting production, Location at Baiyun District, Guangzhou , China. Welcome to visit our factory if you come to Guangzhou.

Q2. Can I have a sample order for the fixtures?

A: Yes, we welcome samle order to test and check quality, mixed samples are acceptable.

Q3. What about the lead time?

A: Sample usually needs 3-7 days, depending on the material delivery, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity.

Q4. Do you have any MOQ limit for order

A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available

Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: For small order, usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 4-7 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional. Mass order will suggest ship by sea to save the shipping cost. 

Q6. How about the payment ?

A: 30% downpayment and  the rest paid before shipment , usually via Western union, Moneygram, T/T etc.

Q7.  How to proceed an order ?

A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.Thirdly customer confirms the order and send out the deposit. Fourthly we arrange the production after downpayment get.  Fifthly,  Get the full payment and send out the goods.

Q8. Is it OK to print my logo on  product?

A: Yes. Print fee will be according to the logo type,  Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design.

Q9.  Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, usually for 1 years warranty to our products.

A: Firstly, take the pictures and videos to us to check 

    Secondly, we will tell you how to find out the key problem

    Thirdly, send the spare parts for you to fix
