A: Yes, we are pleased to help our new client to start a sample order to test the market. Mixed samples are also acceptable.
Q2.Do you supply free samples? If not, how do you charge for it?
A: When initialing a new sample, a customerized mould must be made accordingly. We have to charge you a little amount of fees inevitably and it will be deducted from batch order if the quantity reaches the MOQ.
Q3. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 1-2 weeks while mass production needs 4-6 weeks for order.
Q4. Do you have any MOQ limit for the order?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.
Q5. What kind of packages do you usually use?
A: Packing materials usually adopted are as following:
1 opp bag + carton + wooden box
2 opp bag + carton + steel frame
3 opp bag + carton + wooden pallet
and other particular requirement from our clients is also perfectly met.

A: Yes, we offer 2-5 years warranty to our products.

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality controlingl system and the defective rate will be less

Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new products with new order for small quantity. For
defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to yo or we can discuss the solution i
ncluding re-call according to real situation.
