The chain plate conveyor is a sodium silicate board used for manufacturer of sodium silicate lumps. The machine adopts a frame type rack and is arranged obliquely. At the head and end of the frame, there are equipped with a pair of driving sprocket and a pair of driven sprocket respectively . They are connected by chains, and chain plates are arranged between the chains as material support. Cooling water pipes are respectively arranged under the upper chain plates, a small hole is on the pipe, and a cooling water tank is installed in the lower part of the rack for cool water supply.
