Charger not working
1.AC switch light is not on: please check the input voltage if matched to rated working voltage.
2.AC switch light is not on: power input line is not plugged in correctly, please check and un-plug and plug it.
3.AC switch light is not on: please check the switch fuze, and replace it with backup fuze.
4.AC switch light is on but charging indicator is not on: please check if there is any short-circuit for USB output end.
5.USB port looses contact: please double un-plug and plug charging cable or replace the charging cable with new one.

Charging speed is low or some ports can’t charge
Core of charging cable is too small(can’t be seen from outside), which leads poor electricity conduct. Please choose standard 1A or 2A charging cable.
USB charging cable is too long, which cause big electricity loss. Please try shorter cable, 0.5m is recommended.
USB port of cable is wore out or dirty, please try new cable.
Charging power is out of range of rated power.
