WK-6kg is available in gas type only, designed by single-layer or double-walled 304 stainless steel drum (options), utilize the enough thermal radiation and hot air to deliver the even roast. WK series 6 kg solid drum coffee roasting equipment provides you with a higher level of efficiency and consistency roasting for many years to come.

Half direct fire and half hot air type coffee roaster, maximum heat utilization, 15-18 minutes can finish the dark roast, manual and electric hot air volume adjustments, built in cooling fan motor plus cooling mixing to lock the aroma inside the beans by rapid cooling within 2 minute.

WK series bigger capacity commercial coffee roasting equipment (3 kg and up) produces more heats over small capacity roasters, so we put the electric box with control panel in back of the machine which is far away from the burner room to avoid overheats to electric control box, that ensures long service life of electrics. Bigger Siemens industrial buttons with lamps give you the better operation experience.

Roasting Drum: It is made of 304 food level staniless steel and mixing blades attaches

inside the drum by TIG welding, clean and low noise.

Gas Burner: It adopts high-efficiency energy-saving burner, which is more powerful and more economical to use. The maximum heating rate is 20C/ min to fit the changing roasting needs.
Insulation Layer: The roaster has a 30mm thick insulation layer to minimize the loss of temperature.

Cooling Tray and Cleaning Access

Cooling tray works separately from the main unit,  you can do roast and cooling job at the same time.  Cooling tray powerful motor works with mixers for cooling down the roasted beans rapidly.

The cleaning access is on bottom of the cooling tray with a latch door,  if you roast often, Please clean it once a week by a brush.
