1:Trade Assurance order by yourself--leave a message about the color and other detail requirement, then you can kindly pay for them.

2: Trade Assurance order by us---Firstly let us know your requirements or application.

Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.

Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.

Fourthly We arrange the production.

Q2.How to deal with the size , color difference and smell problem after we received the goods?

A:Due to handmade products, there may be some differences with the actual size;All the pictures and details of the products are real, but due to light problems, there may be some color differences, which is normal.The material also belongs to environmental protection material, put a day or two is ok.

Q4. What about the Delivery time ?

A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks.

Q6.  Is it OK to print my logo on artificial flower?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less 

than 1%.

Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new artificial flower with new order for small quantity. For 

defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution i

ncluding re-call according to real situation.
