 A We normally use the AI files conveniently !

 Q Can I put my design logo on the items?

 A Sure, we can print the logo by heat transfer,silk-screen printing, silicone gel etc. Please sent us  your  logo of PDF format  in advance. 

 Q What's your sample policy and lead time?

 A The charge for new sample making is refundable, which means we will return it in your bulk order. It takes around 7-10 workdays  for sample making.

 Q May I visit your factory?

 A  Sure, welcome any time. we can also pick you up at airport and station.

 Q What's the production lead time?

 A Lead time is 30-45days after all details are confirmed.
