A:One pair for testing is ok

Q3. Will these goods ship to MY DOOR?

A:Yes, we usually ship goods by expressage like DHL, UPS, Fedex ect., they will be sure ship goods to YOUR DOOR.

Q4.Did your products get DOT Approval?

A:Yes, if you want, we will send DOT document for your reference.

Q5.What exhibition will your factory be participated in?

A:Our factory usually participate in Canton Fair, Shanghai Exhibition, Automechanika Frankfurt in Dubai, AAPEX SHOW ect.

Q6.What's your terms of payment?

A:50% deposit before production, 50% balance before delivery.

Q7:If something happen with the lights, how can we do? What's your warranty?

A:All products in HEPAI have one year warranty.Within the warranty , please cut the cable ,then send the picture to us , we could give the new one in your next new order.
