Feature

2. The pressure roller design cam mechanism is not screwed to the top, the pressure line is pressed tightly, and there is a balance block on each shaft. The feeding line is stable, and the spring precision is high.

4. The cutting arm uses the lever principle to save labor, and the parts are resistant to wear. The upper cutting knife, the outer diameter and the upper and lower sliders have hydraulic oil installed in the oil supply device, and do not need to use oil gun to oil, saving time and effort.

5. The slider is durable and wear-resistant, and will not change. It is made of Japanese SKD11 material, and the gap of the sliding chute is matched with 0.01mm.

6. The connecting rod is matched with the auxiliary core for better programming.

7. Spool and camshaft precision inspection ensures high precision.

8. The wire feed bearing is Sweden SKF.
