1. What is working voltage of the sign ? Do i need an adaptor?
•Working voltage of the sign is DC 12 volt, so, need an adaptor.
•We seller will offer the adaptor for free.
2. How to install the sign ?
• If the sign without LED
Use silicon sealant to attach the sign to wall is ok.
• If the sign with LED
Need to make holes for wire connecting on instal board, then use silicon sealant to attach the sign to instal board is ok.
We offer 1:1 installation paper.
3. How can i customize a sign for my store ?
•If you have artwork of your sign, send it to us by email,write down all your detailed requirement as well,such as size, color,font...
We will calculate price according to your requirement. We will also give you some sugesstions according to our experience if possible.
4. What is your payment terms?
•You can pay by bank transfer,Western Union or Paypal.
100% paid before producing or 50% deposit and balance paid before shipping.
5. How long time i can receive my sign ?
