 QUALITY TEST EQUIPMENT

1.Thermal shock test: Put the glass lid into oven at 230 °C for 60 minutes, then remove it immediately into water at room's temperature, the lid should not be broken or cracked.

2.Impact resistance test: Drop the 227g±2g ball from the height at 2 metres in free fall and impact on the lid at 1/3 radius, repeat three times, damage or cracks are not allowed.

3.Pressure test: Use 120-grit abrasive paper scraping on the back side of the lid for 15 times, then check after 24 hours,the lid should not be broken or cracked.

4.Dishwasher test: Washed by the dishwasher for 50 times, the lid should not turn to be yellow or dark, and without loosing and deformation on the stainless steel rim.

5.Destructive testing: Break the lid with hammer and check,the number of particles should be over 70pcs within the area of 50m*50mm , and the biggest fragment should not be over 3g.

6.Salt-fog test: Put the lid into the the salt-fog machine of 5% NaCl with the PH at 7.0 for 24 hours, unmovable rust is not allowed on the rim.

7.Transportation silumation test: Put the carton on the test platform for more than 8 hours,  scratch and crack is not allowed.

8. Material analysis: Use the advanced spectrometer "SEPCTROCHECK" which imported from Germany, to ensure the quality of the stainless steel rim.
