Description
Introduction
Tube material: plastic tubes, laminated aluminum tubes.
Compact design, with color touch screen and PLC control system, convenient, visualized and reliable. Tube feeding, marking identification, filling, hot air sealing, code printing, trimming and ejecting out the tubes conducted by automatic system.
The speed is adjustable and controlled by frequency converter. With safety device, the machine is shut down when the door is opened, with filling quantity counting function.
The material that contacts feed is made of 316L stainless steel, clean, sanitary and conforming with GMP. With easy and quick adjustment, it is suitable for filling all sizes of plastic tubes, laminated aluminum tubes.
Shapes of sealing: With different shape sealing component, different shapes of sealing can be achieved with one set of tube filling and sealing machine.
Application: It is widely used in the industries of pharmaceutics, foodstuffs, cosmetic and daily chemicals . Suitable for filling all kinds of pasty and viscous fluid and the materials alike, into plastic tubes, laminated aluminum tubes and then internally heating tubes, sealing and printing lot number.
