1. Q: Is your company accept customization?

       A: We do customizing service for customers. OEM/ ODM is welcome. Any logo and any color is up to you.The English copy of manual is also available. 

2. Q: What's the delivery time after an order placed?

     A: It depends on whether we are in stock or not. Our standard arrangement time is 3 days if we have stock, otherwise it will be decided by factory production. Generally, it needs 10-45 days of production according to the quantity of your order.

3. Q: How long have your company run on Laser Range Finders?

      A: We have been manufacturing and developing laser range finders since 2010.

4. Q: What's the MOQ?

      A: Regular products only 1 standard carton. but no limit for sample order!

5. Q: What's the warranty of the product?

   A: We offer 12month warranty. Our policy: Within the warranty period, If there is any quality problem, please send us photos to show the problem.And then we will decide to send you parts or you send the instrument back to us to repair or exchange. Please make sure to contact us first instead of sending it to us directly. You only need to pay double-run freight.
