Features and Advantages 

 

1.The blending system adopts single-direction or double-direction wall scraping blending and frequency conversion speed adjustment to satisfy production of different technological requirements.

 

2.Material can be heating or cooled according to technolgical requirements . The heating methods such as steam or electric heating can be selected according to customer requirements.

 

3.Various forms of blending vanes are suitable for production of different types of production of products.

 

4.The pot body is welded by imported three-layer stainless steel plate. The tank body and the pipes adopt 

mirror polishing, which fully conforms to GMP requirements.

 

 

5.Bottom installation type dispersing head and SPX Pipeline type emulsifying head are optional to speed up dissolution and emulsification of materials .

 

6. The stainless steel electric control cabinet can completely supervise the operation of equipment, and display such data as temperature and blending rotation speed etc.

    Upper motor: stable and powerful, provide the power to the mixer.  

 Blending paddle: made of high quality stainless steel SUS316L, equipped with the wall scraper to scrap the materials stick on the tank. 

 Homogenizer: the rotation speed can reach 3000 round per minute.

 Bottom discharge: bottom direct discharge or by transfer pump.

 Button control panel: easy to learn and operate.  Each function can be controlled separately, such as mixing, homogenizing, heating...
