Main Features
1) Heated hose and additional automatic controller for easy adjustment of spraying height and angle.
2) Large area operation can be achieved without moving machine.
3) 1 to 2 sets of hose & gun can be chose to be installed so as to save purchase cost.
4) When melting, the hot melt adhesive is isolated from the air: there are some O-ring seal with high temperature resistance between the heating plate and the melting tank, it can protect the melted adhesive from being exposed to air so as to ensure the PUR in a better using conditions.
5) High strength integral molding glue tank, leaf shape heater can increase the heating area and improve the melting rate. The inner tank is sprayed teflon, so its internal face is smooth without corner structure , and it can protect glue stick to the internal face and get carbonized efficiently.
6) Gear pump's working accuracy (adopt import technology) can efficiently ensure the stable output glue.
