-----We make standard size 0 -28 , Normal size : US 2-US 12 | Plus size:  above US 12
Plus size charge : US 14 - US 18, extra 10% | US 20 - US 28, extra 28%

4. Is rush order accepted ?  
-----For rush order , it takes 7-15 days for different designs, and the extra cost is 20-50 USD , which need to be confirmed with sales service before place order.

5. Is deposit for payment accepted ?
----for small quantity orders, we need full payment before production , and 30% -- 70% deposit for large amount orders , and please contact service to see details

Return & Refund

 

If we send the wrong style or the wrong color, we could refund you money or reship. Merchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable.

If the items can’t meet your need, we can also accept your return. The courier service freight should Return Notes:

1.If you need some of the goods returned, please be sure to keep return goods and accessories intact.

2.You need to take all the necessary logistics costs returns. Buyers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging.

3.We will declare the parcel as a gift at low value to avoid problems at the customs. Before returning items, please make sure you get our (the seller’s) return address. Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.
