1.What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 2000 pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need,

we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.

2.May I have your samples?
Of course, we usually provide existing sample for free. However we will charge for custom design samples.
Samples will be ship by FEDEX,DHL,TNT or UPS .Pls advise your freight collectted account. If no, we will charge freight cost for shipping the samples to you.

3.How long is the sample lead time ?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free.
If you want your custom design samples, it takes 5-7 days, Exactly base on the design.

4.How long is the production lead time?
It takes 20 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

5.What format of the file do you need if i want my own design?
IGS ,STP ,CDR ,AI is workable .

6.How many colors are available?
We will make the products base on the Pantone No.  you advise. Any Pantone colors available.

7.What is your payment terms?
Our normal payment terms is 100% by T/T . 30% deposit for comfirm the order. and 70% balance before shippment or against B/L copy.
