Q1. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Low MOQ, 2pc for sample checking is available, please contact us for sample shipping
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: for plastic products like light socket and scanner cables, sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than 5000pcs.
Q3. What payment methods do you support?

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: for small package <2kgs, we can ship by China Post Registered Air Mail, and commercial express shipping like DHL, UPS, FedEx. Please see below table for delivery time and courier.
For mass production, heavy weight more than 45kgs, we can also provide LCL, FCL sea shipment, airport-to-airport cargo model, but you need declare the custom at your side.
