Product Description
"Hongda" full automatic label slitting machine is a product that designed by Lihan,it’s a high precision machine which can be widely used in slitting of ribbon,label etc.The cloth edge is automatically overlocking,size correctly and no burrs after slitting.This machine is fully automatically which controlled by PLC,from material feeding-correcting-slitting-rewinding,all processes can be completed in one machine,it’s totally an idea product in slitting of label,ribbon.
Product Features
1.It can be widely used in slitting for polyester,nylon,cotton,artificial fabrics or natural rubber belt label or ribbon.
2.It adopts German cylinder,Italy correcting system,Taiwan ultrasonic system and steel mould,thus the performance and efficiency has been highly improved.
3.It’s ultrasonic slitting and automatically overlocked,which ensures a smooth and fine edge and without melting,burrs or raw edge.
4.The distance between the knife and the knife can be adjusted according to the different requirements of the customer.
5.The knife holder can be whole moved from right to left.
6.The adjustment is more flexible and changeable which makes production more convenient.
