HM-1100FMA Full Automatic Film Laminating Machine is a newly machine designed for water-base glue film,oily-base glue film,pre-glue film and glueless film. The machine with high speed, big pressure, wide layout adopts BOPP film and polyester film for laminating make the printing surface and color bright, streak clear, at the same time has the characteristics of waterproofing, cleaning, increasing paper strength.
It's widely applicable to laminate teaching materials,books, periodicals, product samples, manuals, charts, maps,the outer package of audio and video products and other publications.

Configuration:
1. Pre-stacker automatic paper feeding device with high speed feeder make paper feeding steady and neat.
2.Big roller drying system can dry glue on film surface more quickly and evenly.
3. Air shaft is equipped with clutch tension system to control tension and speed,and also with dividing rule make the loading,unloading and positioning of the film more accurate.
4.Two-way disc flying knife film-cutting device with precision and high speed make it meet paper size and pneumatic separating system realize automatically cut paper.(optional)
5.Film perforated knife can perforate film edge to realize automatically separating.(optional)
6.It adopts import PLC control system with servo control and lay gauge on high precision to gurantee accurancy of paper overlapping.
7.Man-machine interface system with color touch screen make operation easy and convenient. Operator can check the status of machine on touch screen.

1.High quality feeder with 4 head sucker for paper suction make paper feeding more steady and rapid.Optioned with Germany Mabeg feeder without stopping work and paper pre-stacker with Maximum paper feeding height 950mm to push paper to feeder accurately.
2.Servo control and lay gauge with high precision to gurantee accurancy of paper overlapping.
3.Pneumatic stacker collect the sheets quickly and automatically in order without stopping machine as well as counter the sheets.(option)
4.Powder removing device (brush wheel+elecronstatic powder removing)clears efficiently powder on paper surface and perfacts laminating quality a lot.(option)
5.Automatic pressing device and automatic glue tray lift can improve work efficiency.(option)
