Q2: What is your MOQ? Can I mix color or styles?

A2: For customize watch, we require 200pcs for one mold one color. If you want mix color or styles, the cost will be slightly higher than that.

Q3: What is the delivery time?

A3: Sample production time: 35-45 days, ship it to you by DHL, door to door, needs 3-4 days.

       Big order production time: 30-40 days.

Q4: Can we make our own logo on the watch?

A4: Yes, we can make your own logo. It can be marked on the dial, crown, buckle and case back.

Q5: Can I get some discout if I ordr more?

Q6: What is the warranty for the movement?

A6: For the movement, we use Japan or Swiss movement with 2 years warranty. For the battery, we use Japan original battery, if any quality problems occured in this period, we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.

Q7: What is the warranty for the plating color?

A7: For the PVD plating, if your price based on PVD plating, we have 2 years warranty.

       For normal plating or water plating, we have 6 months warranty.

       If any quality problems occured in this period, we will take on shipping cost and replacement.

Q8: What is your free service?

A8: We can offer free watch design, case back design and gift box design.

Q9: Can you protect my design?

A9: Of course, we'll not put your design or images on any website and will never show it to other clients.

Q10: Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?

A10: For small order, express will be best.
