1.Product Description
It is mainly used for roasting or drying peanuts, peanuts, chestnuts, walnuts, almonds, beans, coffee beans, seeds and other granular materials.
The machine uses electric heating type, fuel oil, or gas, coal as heat source; rotary drum, heat conduction, heat radiation principle, using coal as fuel;
The use of a number of peanut products factory proved that the machine has the advantages of convenient use, high efficiency, energy saving and durability.
2.Operation and Manual :
1.Before using , confirm the transmission parts is ok , then , press the button of “corotation“ , let the machine work for 3-5 minutes without load . if all works well , start the “heating bar” , during the temperature rise process , keep cage on rotary in case of deformed .
2. When the heating bar is started , the temperature meter need to be settled as certain place you needed .
3. When temperature get the certain degree settled , feeding 100-120 kg of peanuts into the rotary cage .
4. Bcs of raw material ( peanuts)’s moisture condition is different , need to test 1-2 times , to get the best bake time for one shift , then , enter the wholesale working .
5. During the baking process , for peanuts with shell need about 40 minutes , for peanut with red skin need about 50 minutes (these time is just for reference ) . Then , take out some samples for check , if finished , press the button of “inversion “ ,and open the door of out-let , then , you can get the products . if button of “corotaton” button is pressed , feeding new raw materials , will get into next shift .
6. When finished work , stop the “heating bar” firstly , then , open the door of out-let to deduce the temperature inside . when the temperature is reduced 50 degree , then, stop the rotaro cage , in case of deformed .

For machine equipment normal inner use plastic film wrapping ,then outside use free-fumigation wooden case for packing again ,in order to suitable container shipment by sea .
Shipment by sea normally can choose LCL shipping , 20ft container or 40ft container for shipment .
