A2:Sure, we can send the samples for free, but customer should pay the freight cost. It will cost some sample charge for custom desighs, but it is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
Q3:How to pay?
A3: Usually you should pay 30% deposit before production, the balance paid before shipping. For rhe small order, you need to pay the whole payment before production.
Q4:How many colors are available?
A4:You can do custom colors as your special request. So any Pantone color is available. You just need to tell me your favorite Pantone color.
Q5:Will you save my mould for future orders?
A5:Yes. Once we createyour mold, you can use it as many times as you like at no cost for future orders.As long as you keep the same design there is never any new molding fees.
Q6:Do you offer customized packaging?
A6:Yes. All of our products can be packed as your requirement.
