Product Description

A stock lot of one sided silicone paper suitable for packaging and backing paper for Self-Adhesives. 

This siliconised bleached special kraft paper for hotmelt adhesives used in various applications, for example in labels. 

Unsiliconized side of release paper can optionally be printed.

Based on long experience and in-depth knowledge of both paper making and siliconising, this material is developed with an unique online paper machine siliconising technology, which enables to produce this high-quality, low grammage Release Liner grades.

PE coating: 11g~15g
Silicon coating: solvent/solvent-less silicone, single side
Packing: inside with plastic film, outside with kraft paper and woven bag
Application: adhesive paper, envelope, adhesive fabric, artificial leather etc
Lead-time: 15 days since receipt of deposite or origin l/c

 

Common use:	Used as a backing for self-adhesives, such as labels, stickers, digital film and suitable for double sided self-adhesives.
Material:	Silicon paper and other paper materials. We have one and double sided silicon paper. Furthermore we do have silicon paper that is printed on one or both sides.
GSM:	Available GSM's: 35-37-39 and 42
Width:	Mostly 510, 1340 & 1466 mm
Length:	Mostly jumbo rolls
Additional information:	It is possible to order slitted rolls (your desired sizes). Please contact for the extra costs.
Loading:	20ft container about 15.000KG		40ft container about 25.000KG

 

Application
The release paper( Silicone coated release paper) are widely used to:
1.adhesive: used for adhesive tape manufacturing
2.electrical: interliner for pressing and molding of prepreg insulated conductor coils.
3.plastic: interliner for the production of sheets from casting compunds.
4.roofing felt: covering and protection film for the adhesive part of felt.
5.bitumen: covering and protection film for pipeline wrapping tapes.
6.chemical: interliner,siliconised on both sides, for packing fo tacky waxes and resins.
7.rubber: interliner to privent blocking (self-bonding) of rubber sheeting.
8. electronics: release paper used in th lay-up of multi-layer PCB's.
