Description
Use the high speed of rotation of mechanical blending force and the occurred air power, realize the process of the fine powder continuous being blended, granulated, balled, densified,thereby achieving the purpose of granulation. The shape of granule is spherical, and the size of the granule can be adjusted according to the mixing amount of materials and the main shaft speed, the lower the mixing amount, the higher the speed of rotation, the smaller the granule,and vice versa.
1. chicken manure ,pig dung,cow manure, carbon black,pottery clay ,kaolin etc.
2. also apply to granulation of fine powder material.The finer the powder materials, the higher sphericity of granule, and the pellet quality is more better, granulation rate ≥97% .
