The full name of BB fertilizer is bulk blending fertilizer. It is a kind of compound granule fertilizer mixer for several single fertilizers or compound fertilizers according to certain proportion. It has characters of granule uniformity, less water, granule intensity moderate, no agglomeration store, easy to use and low cost.BB fertilizer production line usually includes 3 processes, batching, mixing and packaging.
1.Automatic batching system
The electronic static batching system is an automatic batching device that can be used with BB fertilizer equipment, organic fertilizer equipment, compound fertilizer equipment and Blending fertilizer equipment. It can automatically match the materials according to customer requirements.
2.BB fertilizer mixing machine
It is mainly composed of lifting feeding system, high-precision mixing system, storage system rack, electric control system and so on. The system has no material, and the mixing system is homogeneous, which can be self flow packaging and continuous production.
