Q1. Is your company a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are manufacturer, all of our products are self-designed with patents, and 98% of our products are for export purpose.We also provide OEM/ODM service.
Q2. What is your sample policy?
A: As we mainly do OEM/ODM orders, we keep minimum sample stocks. Please contact with our sales team for sample status, it's not free, but we'll refund the sample fees when formal orders received.
Q3. When will you send the sample out?
A: Samples will be sent out after the payment's received.
Q5. What is your trade terms?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

For formal purchase order, it's T/T, 30% as deposit, balance paid before delivery.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in color boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after receiving your authorization.
