The potassium silicate dissolving roller is a kind of equipment that dissolves solid potassium silicate into liquid potassium silicate by means of rotational stirring in a certain temperature and pressure. The working temperature is 150-160° C., and the steam pressure is 0.5-0.6 Mpa.

How to operate
1 Check whether the roller is normal before starting.
2 the solid potassium silicate and water are added into the roller in a certain proportion according to the different specification requirements for different concentrations of liquid sodium silicate, .
3 The roller is heated with steam. After the pressure in the roller reaches 0.6 MPa, stop the steam valve.
4 The density of the material in the roller should be measured frequently. If the concentration of the material is not enough, the roller is continued to rotate until it reaches the specified concentration. If all the materials in the roller are finished, the specified concentration cannot be achieved. The operator adds more materials in the next batch.
5 After the product is qualified, start to discharge. Check if there is any material in the settling tank before discharge to avoid overflow accident after loading.
6 Stop the machine before discharging and open the discharge valve until the discharge is completed.
7 The liquid sodium silicate should be discharged into the vapor-liquid separation tank, and it enters the workshop finished product tank, which is applied by the workshop and passed into the finished product warehouse after passing the quality inspection analysis.
What are the precautions
1 The pressure gauge installed in the trachea must be intact. If the pressure gauge fails, it must be replaced in time.
2 Open the loading cover only when there is no pressure in the roller.
3 The spiral of the feeding cap must be complete, and each time it must be tightly tightened.
4 Check the internal of the roller frequently. If there is any agglutination, clean the roller before dissolving.
5 Avoid blockage of the discharge pipe, discharge pipes, stop valves should be checked frequently to ensure that the valves are complete, safe and reliable.
6 Clean the rollers when stopping or maintenance.
