Precision Straightener
Precision Straightener is a automation equipment which specialized designed in punching and leveling of ultra-thin materials with 0.1-0.6mm thick and the width range of 0-300mm. Mainly use in leveling before punching for precision metal components ,such as mobile phone accessories, computer accessories, digital product accessories, etc. .Suitable for metal sheet,including stainless steel,aluminum plate and so on.Can be customized by customer special requirements.Best choice for the double type straightener (DL Series) if the coil material with front side and back side and should feeding the front side with a concave arc. If only leveling sheet with single side,the single type straightener(BSL Series) will be the best choice.

Material Straightener
Material Straightener(TL Series):Suitable for the material thickness of 0.35-3.2mm and the material width of 0-1600mm.Mainly function is leveling the metal sheet before punching, removing excessive arcing of the material to make sure the stamping production process run normally and smoothly.(Remark:If no special requirements for leveling accuracy)

Thick Plate Straightener(BTL Series):
Suitable for the material thickness of 0.5-6.0mm and the material width of 0-1600mm. Thick Plate Straightener have a wide range of applications,can process thick plates and high strength metal thick material that can not be processed by the normal stamping production line.It can not put in processing production when the material thicker and toughness,cause that customer only can purchase sheet and use manual feeding for production when used for common straightener,but thick plate straightener(BTL Series)can avoid this situation.The maximum leveling thickness can reach 12mm(Customized),but also suitable for the processing and production of various high-strength plates to achieve automatic production.
