1. Q: Display "---" wit no temperature reading.
   A: Firstly, check and test whether the probe has been inserted correctly and connected tightly.

Secondly, if there are multiple probes inserted but with only one probe display "---", please try to change another probe to test and find out whether it is caused by the probe or the probe connector. After the problem found, please contact us via the final information.

2. Q: The large temperature offset from the actual temperature reading.
   A: In normal condition, the range of the temperature offset is within ±1~2C / ±2~3F.
If the offset is not within the range, please try to check the below:

A: Check whether there is the water, smudge or the grease on the DC plug of the probe.
B: Check whether there is the indentation on the wire or the probe has been burned-out.

Pay Attention:

a. Do not submerge the probe and the wire in water for a long time, which may cause the inaccurate temperature measuring.

b. Do not strongly squeeze the wire of the probe, which may break the plastic covered wire on it and cause the short circuit on the polarity.

c. The max temperature can this probe and the needle measuring in is 300C/572F, if exceed this temperature, both parts will be burned-out.

3.Q: Long press the power button but get no power in.
   A:
① Check whether the battery in the correct negative and positive pole, then power on again after installed the battery in the correct pole.
② Check whether the battery has been run out, if so, please power on again after installed the new battery.


4. Q: Automatically power off after power on.
     A: Connect and open the App on phone, then measure the battery voltage, if there is displaying lower 5% battery capacity, please change the new battery timely.
