General description

 

SQ50A Combined de-stoner is mostly common use de-stoning cleaning equipment for capacity 20-60 ton/day rice/corn milling plant. It is a smart design to combine vibrating cleaning and gravity de-stoning theory and technology into one machine.

 

Structure

 

1.    It works with an elevator. The elevator takes raw material corn/rice paddy to the 1^st layer screen sieve. 1^st layer screen mesh size is big. Big impurities will be removed from this stage and small impurities will go into 2^nd layer.

2.    2^nd layer is small mesh size screen for removing small impurities out. Screen mesh hole size is 2.5x2.5mm.

3.    Machine frame is made in high grade square tubes. A rubber vibration damper is mounted on top of machine frame.

4.    We call the heart destoning part “destoning screen boat”. The  “destoning screen boat” is connected to the machine frame with 4 connecting poles. And  eccentric drive system of   “destoning screen boat” is connected to the bottom of machine frame.
