1 The base frame

1.1 The base frame uses 2mm 304 stainless steel through the bending forming

1.2 The carrying idler uses 50mm in diameter stainless steel free roll

1.3 The fence uses fence holder with aluminum rail and plastic sheath

1.4 The landing leg uses 40*40mm square tubes with both 1.5mm and 2mm in thickness

1.5 The driving shaft and driven shaft uses 40*40mm stainless square shaft

1.6 The drive sprocket uses 16-tooth 40*40mm square hole

2 The conveying belt

2.1 The conveying belt uses BD-625 flexible modular belt made by Bindi. The color is blue or white.

2.2 The pitch is25.4mm.

2.3 The material is POM

3 Power system

3.1 Powered by Taiwan brand gear reducer motor. The power is 0.37-2.2KW.

3.2 Converter governor is also Taiwan brand. The power is 0.37-2.2KW.

3.3 The conveying speed is adjustable from 5 to 15 meter per minute.
