Working Process
The waste aluminum and plastic crushing and sorting equipment adopts physical crushing and electrostatic separation to separate aluminum plastic.
First, the medicine board is coarsely crushed into pieces of 10 mm or less by a knife-cutting crusher, and then entered into a high-speed water-cooled vortex pulverizer to pulverize the material into a mixture of aluminum and plastic. The rotating vibrating screen is used to screen the materials that meet the requirements, and then the aluminum and plastic are separated by the electrostatic separation principle, and the unqualified materials are returned to the mill to continue crushing.
