About our LED counter display:

1. We have our software, need only hardware, can you provide SDK?

IR: Of cause, we have two kinds LED display, one is for traditional queuing system, which connect with communication controller RS232 transfer to RJ45, one is direct use network RJ45, can distribute information by IP address. You can tell us which you need, we can provide SDK for you.

2. Can we customization?

IR: Yes, we are factory direct production, welcome OEM and ODM.

for size, light color, outlook design, all can customize, but different customization may need different MOQ request.

3. Can you provide software?

IR: For network LED display, we can provide content distribute software for you, which can send your content commission to our displays. If you need queuing system software, then you need to purchase our ticket dispenser machine also, then we can provide whole queuing system software with machines.

1. What is your delivery lead time?
Re: Ordinary 3-7 days for sample order, 10-25 days for mass production.

2. What is your payment term?
Re: 100% advance payment for sample order,
50% advance payment, 50% balance before delivery for mass order.

3. Can you arrange shipping for us?
Re: if you have your shipping agent we can delivery to your Guangzhou warehouse, if you haven't shipping agent, we can arrange courier, air shipping, sea shipping, land shipping for you too.

4. I haven't use these machine before, can you teach me how to use it?
Re: of cause, we will provide you using manual also assist your using, you can contact us whenever you in need.

5. What is your warranty
Re:one year whole machine warranty, long terms technical support, long-term after-sales service.

If you want 2 year or 3 year warranty is also not problem, will have some extra fee, can further discuss with our sales.

6. Can we control many displays content in office?
Re: Yes, you can. Purchase our machine we will provide our broadcast software free for you. Then you can remote control all your displays content by internet (for Android and Windows OS), can arrange time program and automatic shut time also.
