Low temperature Alpha-amylase(Aspergillus Niger)
It can catalyze the hydrolysis of starch into glucose, maltose and other oligosaccharides at low temperature.
Definition of Activity
One unit of amylase activity is defined as the amount of enzyme required for one gram solid enzyme powder(or one milliliter liquid enzyme) to hydrolyze starch at 40℃ and pH5.0 for 30min to produce reducing sugar equivalent to 10mg of glucose.
Product Characteristics
1. Optimum operation temperature: 20℃-60℃;
2. Optimum operation pH: 4.5-6.5;
3.Water bath treatment for 5min: high enzyme retention rate from 50-60℃
4. pH resistance: Keep staying 90min at different pH condition.
5.Resistance of trypsin and pepsin:
The residual activity can be kept around 82.37% under the hydrolysis of pepsin and trypsin solutions for 5.5h.
6. Good stability, adapt to the needs of different industries.
