Habio Catalase
Brief Introduction
Definition of Activity
One unit (U) of catalase is defined as the quantity of enzyme required to liberate 1μmol hydrogen peroxide per minute at 30℃, pH7.0.
Product Characteristic
1. Higher enzyme activity at 25℃-65℃; highest at 40℃
2. High enzyme activity under pH 5.5 to 11.5, adapt to different industries;
3. Thermostable Treatment
Thermostable treatment: water bath for 5 min under different temperature, then test the residual enzyme activity.
4. pH Resisitance Treatment
Resisitance treatment: treatment for 90min under different pH, then test the residual enzyme activity.
5. Trypsin and Pepsin resistance:
Keep staying at Trypsin-Pepsin solution for 5.5 hours, the enzyme retention rate is 83.94%.
6. High purity without impurities, good storage stability, convenient for transportation and storage
The effect of metal ion on the enzyme activity of catalase
Metal Ion | Concentration/mol.L-1 | Relative enzyme activity/% | comment |
Mn2+ Cu2+ Ca2+ Fe2+ Al3+ Zn2+ Control | 10-3 10-3 10-3 10-3 10-3 10-3 10-3 | 113.43 81.57 101.42 109.60 92.00 91.85 100 | + - 0 0 0 0 0 |
Note: + stands for positive effect, - stands for negative effect; 0 stands for unobvious effect (within 10%)
Product Functions
1. Textile Industry:
2. Papermaking Industry:
3. Electronics Industry:
4. Food Industry:
5. Environmental protection industry:
6. Hydrogen peroxide decomposition also applicable to other industries.
Specification and Usage (customizable)
