OUNA milling cutter is a large single-edge spiral milling cutter designed by our company. Material high speed steel. Single blade large spiral chip removal channel, which greatly reduces noise, makes the cutting surface more smooth and clean.
Considering the large-scale use of conventional milling cutters on the manual profiling milling equipment, sometimes due to excessive force caused by the operator milling cutter fracture, so the company added 3% cobalt on the basis of the original material, making the toughness of the milling cutter increased, reducing the probability of milling cutter fracture.
Applicable to: aluminum alloy doors and windows, curtain walls, aluminum panels, solar energy, new energy and radiator materials processing;
It can be used in manual copying milling, high speed profiling milling machine, CNC machining center, etc.
