HM YT semi automatic thermal film laminating machine with Germany hot heater

Usage:

    HM-920/1100YTB Automatic Laminating Machine is a new double-purpose type laminator for pre-coating film and glueless film.The machine consists of paper feeding system,film coating system,separating system,delivery system.Electircal system is centralized controlled by PLC system with touch screen.Heating roller is equipped with built-in oil heating model with smart contant tempetature system to make film laminating tempetature more precision.The machine centralizes the feature of compact structure,high automatization and humanized operarion design,which is a good choice for large and middle model film laminating enterprise.

Configuration and Construction:

1. Automatic feeder adopts oil-free vacuum pump system to realize automatic paper feeding.
2. Automatic paper feeding system is equipped with protecting device for photoelectric controlled paper miss and automatic stopping.
3. Man-machine interface system:color touch screen make operation easy and convenient.Input the paper size ,distance and speed,etc can realize the whole machine automatical operation.Operator can check the status of machine on touch screen.
4. Feeding table adopts air-sucking paper feeding and equipped with front guide device to make paper feeding,folding stable and neat.
5. Equipped with built-in oil heating model with smart contant tempetature system to ensure film temperature stable and even.
6. Automatic hydraulic system can provide the stable pressure,which can be adjusted according to need.
7. Air shaft with dividing rule make the loading,unloading and positioning of the film more accurate.
8. Air shaft is equipped with clutch tension system to control tension and speed.
9. Film cutting knife cuts film width to make it meet paper size.
10. Film perforated knife can perforate film edge to realize automatically separating.
11. Separating system:disc flying knife film-cutting device with precision and high speed.
12. Anti-curve device can avoid paper curvature due to shrinkage of film.
13. Pneumatic separating system can automatically cut paper.
14. After separation,paper sheets will be sent to the vibrating jogger table automatically and will be put in order.
