WHAT IS A DECOILER/UNCOILER

The decoiler/uncoiler is coil handling equipment used to load and unwind the sheet metal coil. Integrated with steel coil straightener, nc servo roll feeder, shearing machine and press machine, the decoiler/uncoiler can be widely applied to industry of steel vehicles parts, metal stamping products, household appliances, steel structure and decoration.
The decoiler can be integrated into cut to length line, press feed line, slitting line and various metal production line according to your application. It is specialized equipment, playing an important role in production lines. The coil is centered by manual or hydraulic expansion of decoiler mandrel, and then the rotated spindle feeds the metal strip into sheet metal straightener. The production lines always start with a decoiler/uncoiler, so its performance has great impact on the whole line.

MAIN FEATURES

1. Suitable for most of sheet metal coil materials, including HR, CR, Aluminum, Stainless steel
2. Apply to progressive press of various hardware, electronics, and auto parts.
3. Simple but rugged construction allows a longer lifetime, easy in installation and maintation.
4. Coil is centered by manual or hydraulic expansion of the jaws.
5. Hydraulic decoiler machine suit for heavy coil, increasing productivity.
6. The decoiler mandrel is reinforced to improve load capacity up to 3000kg.
7. Non-motorized models are provided with brake to prevent coils overrun.
8. Motorized decoilers use loop control to start and stop the drive motor and smoothly deliver material to automatic feeding equipment.
9. Equipped with Japanese electromagnetic contactor and electronic components, MT models have fewer breakdowns.
10. Optional decoiler press arm prevents coil from loosening.
