Plastic Seal Strip Profile Production Line

1. Usage & scope of application
This production line is used to produce many kinds of plastic sealing strip such as PVC sealing strip, PU sealing strip and TPE sealing strip, etc. The products are widely used in many industries such as refrigerator, door & window, automobiles, etc. The advantages of this production line: high production efficiency, good product quality, etc.

2. Machine composition & characteristics
Production flow chart: raw material → single screw extruder → foaming mould → immersion cooling water tank → belt tractor → cutter/winder → product inspection & packing.

Main characteristics:
Extruding machine: single screw extruder uses high efficient screw with high rotating speed, high output and strong plastification.
Extruding mould: the die is specially designed according to raw materials with advantages as follows: even discharge, easy adjustment and no extruding weld mark, etc.
Vacuum setting device: the parts which may touch water are all made by stainless steel.
Tractor: two claw belt type high speed tractor adopts stepless frequency speed control to meet the requirements for hauling stability
Precise pneumatic cutter or automatic winder: automatically cut or collect the sealing strip according to customers’ requirement to reduce the labor strength and improve production efficiency.
