Brief introduction of equipment
Carbon dioxide liquid pump for liquid carbon dioxide bottle filling system, its purpose is the low temperature liquid carbon dioxide in the pressurization system after the direct input of the cylinder. Design and manufacture of elaborate simple optimization to ensure safe and reliable operation long time.
Structure
This pump is composed of motor, electric control cabinet, belt pulley, gear box and pump head, assembled in public.
Pump drive end is the rotary motion of the motor change for reciprocating movement and reducing the speed, and the motor output power delivered to the pump head compression end, motor through the belt wheel, transmission shaft, an eccentric wheel, a connecting rod and a crosshead parts to complete successfully converted and slow down. Transmission shaft, an eccentric wheel and a bearing structure for oil splash type, which makes the transmission system greatly extends the service life.

The pump head compression end is composed of cylinder liner, pump body, piston assembly, sealing device, inlet valve and liquid discharge valve. The pump adopts the material with good abrasion resistance to make the piston ring and the guide ring, so the service life of the pump is long. The sealing device is composed of a sealing element with excellent sealing performance, which ensures that the pump can be operated for a long time under normal working pressure.
