• IQC: Shift from passive to active control inspection, quality control will be moved forward, the quality problems found in the front to reduce the cost of quality, to achieve effective control, and assist suppliers to improve the internal quality control standards.
• IPQC: To prevent a large number of defective products, to avoid defective products into the next process to continue processing.
• FQC: Full and final inspection and test, aimed at ensuring that products meet the delivery specifications, in line with customer requirements.

Q2:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there? A: Our factory is located in Shangyu City, Zhejiang Province, China, about 2 hours by train from Shanghai, and half hour by train from Hangzhou. All of our clients from overseas or domestic are warmly welcome to visit us.

Q5.Can I get some sample before place order and how long for a sample?
Our samples are always free, freight collect, Delivery time 1-3 days, If customized samples, Cost are various according to your art work. 7-15 days for pre-production sample.
Q6.Can you label or decorate the pacakge ? Yes, we can. We could offer various printing ways: the screen printing, hot stamping, offset printing, labeling and etc.
Q7. How do you control the quality? We will make samples before mass production and test them , after sample approved, we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.
Q8. What the way of payment? We accept payment as the following,30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before delivery.
