Production

1. draw the design drawing according to customer hand-drawing, idea, size, etc by Auto CAD
2. cut the zinc steel tube based on the Auto CAD drawing, open the lock and hingles hole by mold
3. weld the steel tube to the door and windows frame, then rub down the welding line
4. surface powder coating in black, white or other color
5. install the glass
6. package:Carton +foam film or wooden pallet packing or other packing methods by customer's requirement 

Standard glass is single 5mm tempered glass, other glass like low-e glass, reflective glass, insulated glass, laminated glass, etc is also available.
