Our Ambient air vaporizer is made of 6063-T5 high-quality aluminum and 22 * 3mm diameter 304 stainless steel, with refined seal welding, reinforced structure, and non-destructive testing of each unit of the vaporizer to ensure no air leakage, and the strength is tested by hydraulic pressure. The ambient air vaporizer does not need the assistance of electric heating equipment, so it is environmentally friendly and energy-saving. Our goal is to provide high efficiency and long life heat exchanger evaporator for global customers.
Five advantages
1. Our Ambient air vaporizer is made of 6063-T5 high-quality pure aluminum, with excellent welding process and strengthened structure. Our material, fin thickness is 2.0 mm, central connection profile is 4mmTHK, and the internal stainless steel pipe is 304 stainless steel with diameter of 22 * 3.3mm. The thickness of the bottom plate is 15mm. Other factories may use thin aluminum profiles with low quality and low strength, which will reduce the heat transfer effect.
2. All our welding joints are welded by manual argon arc welding, and argon must pass through the pipe; while the welding gap in other factories may not be well sealed, resulting in gas leakage.
3. Degrease all surfaces according to the requirements of oxygen and vaporizer;
4. Every unit of our vaporizer has to go through non-destructive testing to ensure that there is no air leakage. We use nitrogen to detect leakage and water pressure to test strength.
5. The Ambient air vaporizer shall be properly packed and effectively transported according to JB / T4711-2003 quality manual before delivery to prevent transportation deformation.
