6.How long is the sample lead time?
Re:For existing samples,it takes 2-3 working days.If you want your own designs,it takes 5-7 working days,
subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen and etc.

7.How long is the production lead time?
Re:It takes 25-35days for MOQ.We have a large production capacity,which can ensure fast delivery time

even for large quantity.

 

8.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
Re:We have our own design team in office.So you can provide JPG,AI,CDR or PDF and etc.

Even we can design a new one for your reference by free.We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing 
screen for your final confirmation based on technique.

 

9.How many colors are available?
Re:We match colors with Pantone Matching System.So you just need to inform us which Pantone color code you 
want.We will match the colors before production.Or we will recommed some popular colors for you.

 

10.What about your payment term?
Re: Our normal payment term is T/T 30% deposite after contract signed and balance against the copy of B/L.
