A1: If we have product in stock, free sample could be provided. If not, we will send over similar product for reference, or make sample for approval with additional cost. 

Q3:What is the transportation?
If small quantity , we Suggest to send by express, such as DHL,UPS, TNT FEDEX. If large quantity, by sea.

Q4: What is your shipping terms?
A4: We could arrange shipping by ocean to your nearest ocean port, or to your door. Air Freight is also available. We could help take care of all the import procedure. Ocean freight takes around 25-40 days, and air freight takes 3-7 days. 

Q5. Can you provide OEM service?
Yes, we work on OEM orders. Which means size, quantity, design, packing solution, etc will depend on your requests; and your logo will be customized on our products.
