Q: What’s your main product range?
A: Jewelry & Watch Packaging Boxes / Jewelry & Watch Displays / Jewelry & Watch Collection Boxes / Presentation Trays /Perfume Boxes / Wine Boxes / Cosmetic Boxes / Gift Packaging Boxes / Wooden Boxes and other OEM products.
Q: What’s your MOQ?
A: 1) Display: 50-100 sets per mold.
2) Box: 300-1000 pcs per model.
3) Paper Bag: 1000pcs per model.
4) Pouch: 2000pcs per model.
Q: Can I get sample before order?
A: Yes, we can make samples to you for checking quality, please contact us for more details.
Q: What’s the sample charge?
A: Usually, 4 times of unit price excludes mold charge (if needed) and delivery charge.
Q: How long will it take to make a sample?
A: Samples will be finished and sent out to you about 10 days after sample charges received
Q: How to send the samples? And how long will it take to delivery?
A: Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, it takes about 3-5 days for shipping.
Q: What’s your payment term?
A: L/C or T/T, usually 30% deposit before production, balance before shipment.

A: About 30-60 days depends on the order quantities and products.

A: We accept Ex-Work, FOB, CIF, DDU, DDP.

A: We take care of each step of your order from material arrangement till packing finished. We have materials testing before using, and have QC for quality checking on production line to make sure everything is good, and inspection after goods finished to double check the final quality and packing.
Q: If there’s a quality issue when I received the goods, what should I do?
A: Our quality standard is AQL 2.5 for major defects and AQL 4.0 for minor. We take care of each step for quality, if there’s a quality issue after goods received, please contact us for the after-sales service, we will handle this carefully and effectively.
